Sweet Child O’ Mine – Postmodern Jukebox : Reboxed Cover ft. Casey Abrams

She got a smile and it seems to me Reminds me a childhood memory Where everything was as fresh as a bright blue sky Now and then when I see her face She takes me away to that special place Well if I stare too long I’d probably break down and cry Woah oh oh oh sweet child o’ mine Yeah woah woah oh oh oh oh oh oh sweet love of mine She got eyes of the bluest skies Makes me think of the rain I’d hate to look into those eyes And see an ounce of p-p-p-p-p-pain Her hair reminds me of a warm, safe place Where as a child I’d hide I’d pray for the thunder and the and the little rain To quietly pass me by Woah oh oh oh yeah yeah sweet child o’ mine Woah woah oh no baby sweet love of mine Give it to me Woah woah oh oh sweet child of mine woah Woo hoo hoo woah woah woah woah woah woah woah sweet love of mine Come on Where do we go, where do we go Where do we go now I said where do we go, where do we go now Where do we go Woah where do we go, where do we go Where do we go, sweet child Where do we go, where do we go Where do we go, sweet child of mine

  1. Loving this arrangement, but what in the name of all that is good was that piano intro??? He dropped almost a whole beat. This was recorded people! Take 2.

  2. There is another great version with Casey and superb clarinet from Chloe Feoranzo. However, you have to add "Studio Session" in the search box for it to appear.

  3. wow.. if you didnt know better you might think this is how it was written to be sang.. Nice work~!!

  4. I have a question I wonder if anyone could answer …. In regards to the tap dancer, does she dictate the tempo of the track or does the drummer?

  5. Never thought I would enjoy tap. Until I saw PMJ and Sarah Reich. For the lack of a better word, incredible.

  6. Omg love this!!! My fav Guns and roses song just got a bazillion times hotter! Love PMJ and Casey

  7. I keep binge watching PMJ videos with Sarah Reich in it, and she looks so pretty in this one! I love her dress!

  8. This is a great series, I love the way the people treat these pieces of music, and I love the way this one tips it’s hat to the original vocal, yet creates a new piece of art. Fantastic work. Thanks for showing us.

  9. Holy smokes, Casey! Where the hell did you come from? And how about a version of welcome to the jungle!?!

  10. I can't choose between PMJ's 2 covers of 'Sweet Child O'Mine'….but I don't care….the singers and musicians in both are too incredible!

  11. For a second I actually forgot that this was a cover and thought that it was an original song.
    Edit: A few times.

  12. Came here thinking, "well I've seen a bunch of videos of this PMJ thing and everything's been brilliant" to say the least… " there's no room for better"…. How wrong I was.

  13. мы видели как девушка вышла на сцену. Замысел наверно был. чтоб она нежданчиком из-за певца вышла

  14. Stunning. What a voice……what a dancer…….what a performance. My daughter introduced me to PMJ and I am so happy she did! You never fail to entertain and impress. Joyous stuff, keep it coming.

  15. Another one I'm shocked that I missed.
I've liked Casey Abrams' unique and skilled vocals since I first heard him sing, plus he also reminds me of Jack Sheldon, the great jazz musician who sang "Conjunction Junction" in the Schoolhouse Rock! cartoons of the 1970s.
Then there's his accompaniment…I ask: what guy could have a soul so dead as to fail to be enchanted by the marvelous energy and flying feet of the very fetching Sarah Reich??
