Baby Potato Chaat with Jamun Vinegar | जामुन सिरका की कचालू चाट


Welcome to my channel once again I am sharing a classical “Chaat” recipe today When there were no “Golgappa” or “Aaloo Tikki” Then this was referred to as “Chaat” We are going to prepare a “Chaat” that you can in a jiffy So, let’s begin with the recipe We need 10-11 peeled boiled baby potatoes 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds 3/4th tablespoon coriander seeds and, 1 red chilli dry 1/4th teaspoon black salt 1/4th teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon green chilli garlic paste for which, we’d grind 8 cloves of garlic with 12 green chillies and, 2 tablespoon Jamun Vinegar which will give an amazing twist to the “Chaat” We’d roast Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, and Dried Red Chilli As they crackle we’d grind the mix to prepare our “Masala” The “Masala” is ready now Cut the boiled potatoes in half Finally, mix all the ingredients 1 teaspoon “Masala” 1/2 teaspoon green chilli garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon sugar and, 1/4th teaspoon black salt and salt and, 2 tablespoons Jamun Vinegar Mix the ingredients well.
